Bruno Rodrigues
Education:
PhD candidate in Morphological Sciences. Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
MSc in Biological Sciences – Biophysics. Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
BSc in Biological Sciences – Genetics. Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Bruno’s research interests rely on how dynamical mechanisms of cellular metabolism regulate development and physiological balances in animals. Bruno is pursuing his PhD under the supervision Dr. Rodrigo Nunes da Fonseca at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in Brasil. During his visit to our lab, Bruno characterized the intracellular glycosylation profile in various arthropods during development, and analyzed its functions using this multi-species approach.
