Education:

B.Sc. Agroecology and Plant Health. Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

M.Sc. Agroecology and Plant Health. Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Research Interests:

I am a first-year PhD student in the MCO program, rotating in the Extavour lab. I completed my undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Agroecology and Plant Health at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where I worked on designing a CRISPR-based gene drive system to control populations of the malaria vector, Anopheles gambiae. I’m currently interested in the evolution and development of the germ line, as well as exploring genetic tools for studying non-model insects.

Other Publications:

Targeting mosquito X-chromosomes reveals complex transmission dynamics of sex ratio distorting gene drives.
