Maggie joined our lab during the summer of 2025, when she was a rising junior double majoring in Biology and Applied Mathematics at Tufts University. The previous summer, she researched the effect of the protein Klotho on diabetic nephropathy in the Alli lab at the University of Florida. In our lab, Maggie was interested in researching genetics and the evolution of novel genes. Outside of research, she enjoys baking, biking, and rock climbing.
