Research Interests:Bri was a post-bacc student in the Harvard GSAS Research Scholar Initiative.
Their current research interests are centered around developmental biology and its intersections with genetics, molecular and cellular biology.
As an undergrad they worked under Nancy Wall, trying to determine what cxcl14 was responsible for during early brain development of Danio rerio. They received funding from Lawrence University and Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation (LSAMP) while working on this project.
In our lab, they worked with Beatrice Steinert to track the divisions and movements of cells in the early embryo of the crustacean Parhyale hawaiensis.
