Mariam was an undergraduate student at Harvard College concentrating in Integrative Biology who worked in the lab for the spring of 2022. Mariam worked with Jonchee Kao to explore chinmo expression in Gryllus bimaculatus and to learn immunostaining and in situ hybridization protocols.
