I am a rising sophomore and pre-med student at Connecticut College double-majoring in Neuroscience and Italian Studies. As a summer intern here at the Extavour lab my research is focused on germ cell mechanics. In my spare time I train year-round and compete for Conn’s varsity cross country and track teams. I also enjoy playing the clarinet, creative writing, and being outdoors. I am supported by HHMI’s Summer Undergraduate Research Program (SURP).
